1 g of CINOGEL Low Acyl Gellan Gum was added to 460 g of water and heated in a microwave oven to boiling; 37g of lemonade dry mix added while maintaining boiling.
The mixture was thoroughly mixed while cooling to 21℃,and then poured into sterilized jars.The finished product has better mouthfeel.
